Refund and Return Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation is allowed within 7 days of reservation and a refund shall be provided with a cancellation handling fee of 5% deducted from the original paid amount.
2. Cancellation is allowed after 7 days of reservation and a refund of 50% of the original paid amount shall be provided.
3. Cancellation is not allowed 3 days before actual workshops and no refund shall be provided.
4. No refund shall be provided for any voluntary quit during the workshop.

Workshop Reschedule Policy
1. All reservations are allowed to be rescheduled 3 days before actual workshops, after which no rescheduling shall be allowed. 
2. Reschedule can only be approved according to our workshop availability.
3. Rescheduling of workshop is free of charge for 1 time only.
4. Further rescheduling of workshop shall be incurred with a reschedule handling fee of RM50.

Other Workshop Policy
1. All reservations are allowed to be transferred at your responsibility but only with our acknowledgement prior to actual workshop. 
2. In the events where we are unable to conduct a workshop due to technical or systemic issues, options of full refund or reschedule shall be provided.
3. In the unavoidable events of force major beyond reasonable control of any party, a rescheduling shall be coordinated with no refund provided.

Product

If you have any questions, please contact us at info@zocraft.co or WhatsApp us at +601112701070. Please do not proceed with the return if you have any doubt nor if you have not receive the return label. 

 

When you return the product, you should never ship it by yourself, please contact us first as we need to create a valid return label. If you ship it directly without our return label, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can't proceed before receiving the product back. Please take this into account and proceed as explained. 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In below situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
-Any item with obvious signs of use.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. All items found under the following collections are not eligible for refunds/returns: Deals, Last Units, The Outlet.

 

If you decide to cancel your order and ask for a refund, it is important to know that if you cancel after 48 hours from the moment you had placed your order, we are going to charge 20% out of the total order value to cover processing costs.
